Absolutely! My ad-hoc option lets you book support by the hour which is perfect if you’d like to try things out before committing longer term. It’s a great way to experience working together (and tick off a few jobs while you’re at it!).
can i hire you on a trial basis?
Flexibility is key around here that's why you can tailor my support to suit your business and season. Ad-hoc hours have no minimum commitment, making them perfect for one-off tasks like updating your website or sending a client newsletter.
If you’re after ongoing support, a monthly retainer might be a better fit. Retainers start at 10 hours per month with a one-month notice period. We’ll chat through what feels right for you during your discovery call.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Of course! Flexibility is key. You can switch from ad-hoc to a retainer, move from a retainer to ad-hoc, or adjust your retainer hours up or down. Retainers start at a minimum of 10 hours per month. Just give me at least 14 days' notice before the next billing cycle to make sure everything transitions smoothly.
Can i change my level of support?
Every business is different, so the support you receive will be tailored to your needs. Your hours can cover a range of tasks, from managing enquiries and sending quotes, to writing and uploading a monthly blog, updating your brochure and website to setting up an email workflow. We'll chat through exactly what you need during your discovery call to make sure your support is completely bespoke and designed to make your day-to-day more manageable.
