How we'll do this
To secure your CRM build, a 50% deposit is due upfront. The remaining 50% is due before your handover call, once the setup is complete. If you’d like, we can also spread the cost over three months with a simple 3-part payment plan, allowing the build and payments to be staggered for extra flexibility.

We’ll kick off the build with a strategy call to review your current process and design
your new, optimised workflow. After that, I’ll handle the build. During this time it will be
helpful if you’re readily available as and when any questions pop up. Once the build is
complete, we’ll schedule a final handover call to ensure everything is ready to go.
do I need to have all my emails and questionnaires planned?
That's exactly what a discovery call is for. We’ll chat about your business, your client journey, and the support you need. With my experience in the wedding industry, I have a deep understanding of the client journey and processes and I can help guide you to the package that’s the perfect fit for you.
What if i'm not sure which package is right for me?
The duration of your CRM build depends on the package you choose and the complexity of the workflows you need. The timeline also depends on how quickly you’re able to provide all the required information. On average, most builds take around 4 weeks to complete.

do i need to be tech-savvy?
Absolutely not! Once your CRM is set up, I’ll walk you through your actual system and guide you every step of the way. You’ll also have my implementation support to ask questions and make tweaks. My goal is for you to feel confident, capable, and actually using your new system with ease.
